Job Description
Join our team as a Full Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Langdon Place of Exeter Assisted Living. Working the 11 pm - 7 am shift, you will deliver efficient nursing care under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN), ensuring positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, collect data, and report changes in condition.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders.
- Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending LPN licensure.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
