Job Description
Exeter Center, located in Exeter, NH, is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). As an LPN at our 81-bed facility, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide efficient nursing care, support patient assessments, administer medications, and supervise unlicensed staff.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents and report changes in condition.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and treatments as directed by physicians.
- Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.
