Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated LPN - Health Unit Coordinator (HUC) to join Genesis Healthcare, a leading provider of healthcare services. In this role, you will work closely with the nursing staff to ensure optimum care services for our patients/residents.

Position Highlights

• Transcribe and process health practitioner orders under nurse supervision.
• Implement the Genesis Pharmacy Program and support its objectives.
• Coordinate healthcare provider appointments and assist with patient/resident acclimation to the unit.
