Maintenance Technician

Job Description

Green Source Automation LLC, located in Jerome, Idaho, is currently looking for an experienced Robotics Service/Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in all aspects of our automated systems, from design to support, ensuring their optimal performance and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Robotics Systems within the dairy industry.
• Perform biweekly maintenance on all six systems.
• Conduct weekly brush changes.
• Execute monthly preventative maintenance on ECAlogical MAX Generators.
• Follow set shift work hours and days, including occasional on-call shifts.

Requirements

• Develop necessary maintenance skill set.
• Possess a mechanical mindset.
• Have PC skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Read and interpret electrical and pneumatic schematics.
• Work with specified chemicals, including Chlorine, Chlorine dioxide, and Iodine.
• Manage multiple projects effectively and prioritize workloads.
• Communicate clearly both in writing and verbally.
• Show self-motivation and strong time management skills.
• Submit paperwork promptly and work well independently or within a team.
• Have experience troubleshooting electrical systems.
• Own reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Hold a high school diploma or equivalent.
