Maintenance Technician

Job Description

Our company, Green Source Automation LLC, located in Jerome, Idaho, is currently looking for an experienced Robotics Service/Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in all aspects of our automated systems life cycle, from design and development to installation, testing, and ongoing support. It is essential for the candidate to grasp the advantages of our systems and be dedicated to their advancement, application, and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Robotics Systems within the dairy industry.
• Perform biweekly maintenance on all six systems.
• Execute weekly brush changes.
• Conduct monthly preventative maintenance on ECAlogical MAX Generators.
• Adhere to set shift work hours and days, with occasional on-call shifts as needed.

Requirements

• Ability and willingness to acquire the necessary skills for maintenance tasks.
• Mechanical aptitude.
• Proficiency in PC skills and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to interpret electrical and pneumatic schematics.
• Experience with handling chemicals like Chlorine, Chlorine dioxide, and Iodine.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Self-motivated with excellent time management abilities.
• Capable of multitasking and prioritizing different projects.
• Submission of paperwork in a timely manner.
• Capability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Knowledge of troubleshooting electrical systems.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Job Type: Full-time

Compensation details: $55,000 - $75,000 Yearly Salary
