Join our team at PBK Architects as a Marketing Manager, where you will play a pivotal role in managing regional marketing workflow and integrating corporate marketing functions locally. You will need to have a solid understanding of A/E/C services to effectively manage research, due diligence, and post-mortem procedures to refine our marketing techniques. This position involves communicating knowledge to senior staff and developing firm-wide processes for improved marketing production delivery.

Your Impact:

• Oversee production processes for RFQ responses
• Direct efforts to formulate responses representing the firm's qualifications
• Maintain control over the appearance and content of marketing materials

Requirements:

• Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
• 1+ year of team management experience
• 4-7 years in A/E/C industry marketing
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize effectively
• Self-motivated, quality-minded, and team-oriented
