Job Description
The Member Experience Lead (MEL) at VASA Fitness is responsible for creating an uplifting and inclusive experience for members and guests. This role is integral to driving the club towards results, fostering a high-performing team, and providing world-class experiences for VASA members. The MEL leads by example, coaches Member Experience Specialists (MES), and ensures the club embodies VASA's values and approach.
Responsibilities
- Ensure an "UPLIFT" culture in the club
- Implement a welcoming, non-intimidating VASA experience for guests and members
- Recruit, hire, and train MES team members
- Promote REVIVE sales and maintain the club facilities
- Support the General Manager in staffing needs and scheduling
- Provide leadership, coaching, and motivate the team to achieve club goals
