Job Description

The Member Experience Lead (MEL) at VASA Fitness is responsible for leading the club towards results, developing a high-performing team, and ensuring the delivery of a world-class member experience. This engaging and organized individual supports the General Manager and coaches the Member Experience Specialists (MES) to create and maintain VASA’s uplifting culture.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the club maintains VASA's "UPLIFT" culture and an exceptional brand experience for guests and members.
  • Recruit, hire, and train all Member Experience Specialists team members.
  • Support the General Manager by forecasting staffing needs and scheduling interviews.
  • Provide in-the-moment coaching and feedback to recognize success and address opportunities for improvement.
  • Communicate, lead by example, and motivate the team to understand and develop passion for the brand and our approach.
