Job Description
The Member Experience Specialist (MES) at VASA Fitness is responsible for creating a fun and meaningful experience for members and guests during every visit. This entails greeting members in a friendly manner, establishing personal connections, addressing issues promptly, organizing equipment, and maintaining cleanliness. The MES team plays a crucial role in leaving a positive first impression of VASA Fitness, selling memberships, driving upgrades, and conducting club tours for guests and members.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate a genuine, kind attitude when interacting with guests and members.
- Greet guests and members with a smile, eye contact, and courteous tone.
- Anticipate guest and member needs, provide clear direction, accurate information, and support through tools and technology.
- Be familiar with membership plans, pricing, amenities, add-on options, and class formats.
- Provide club tours, sell memberships, assist with upgrades, book personal training consultations, and sign up members for personal training.
- Continuously seek ways to enhance the guest and member experience by sharing feedback with leadership and collaborating with the team to implement ideas.
- Execute daily responsibilities to VASA's high standards, including following check-in processes, completing cleaning and hourly club walks, restocking merchandise, and processing sales.
