Job Description

At VASA Fitness, we are seeking a Member Experience Specialist (MES) to join our united and passionate team. As an MES, you will be responsible for creating an authentic and supportive environment for our members and guests, delivering an uplifting and meaningful fitness experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate genuine, kind attitude when interacting with guests and members.
• Greet guests and members with a smile, eye contact, and courteous tone.
• Be familiar with membership plans, pricing, amenities, and class formats.
• Provide club tours, sell memberships, help members upgrade, and sign members up for personal training.
• Consistently find ways to improve the guest and member experience by sharing feedback with leadership and collaborating with the team to implement ideas.
• Execute daily responsibilities to VASA's high standards, including completing daily cleaning, restocking merchandise, and processing sales.
