Mental Health Therapist Clinical Supervisor

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Mental Health Therapist Clinical Supervisor to join our team at Southwest Center for HIV AIDS INC. As the Clinical Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in supervising staff clinicians and interns to ensure the provision of comprehensive care services for our clients. Your responsibilities will include overseeing caseloads, productivity, and compliance with board requirements, while adhering to our commitment to providing culturally responsive and evidence-based therapy services.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff clinicians and interns in delivering high-quality behavioral health services.
• Coordinate patient care through assessment, evaluation, planning, and implementation.
• Ensure compliance with productivity standards and board requirements.
• Manage discharge plans and maintain comprehensive clinical records.
• Provide direct supervision to the Behavioral Health team and support new clinician training.

Requirements

• Master's degree in social work or related field.
• Independently licensed by the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners.
• Registered as a Clinical Supervisor with the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners.
• 5+ years of counseling experience and 3+ years as a Clinical Supervisor.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and electronic medical records.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
