Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Manager of Respiratory Services to oversee our CardioPulmonary and Respiratory departments at Sycamore Medical and Franklin Emergency Department. As part of the leadership team, you will be responsible for managing operations, budgets, education, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will embody our mission, vision, and values, and serve as a role model for our network.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of CardioPulmonary and Respiratory departments.
• Oversee supply inventory, expense budgets, productivity, and licensure requirements.
• Maintain a strong approach to network initiatives and uphold Kettering Health Network's standards.
• Report to the Director of Respiratory Services.

Requirements

• Graduate of an AMA approved 2-4 year Respiratory Program.
• Bachelor's Degree is required.
• Minimum of 10 years of clinical experience in the Respiratory field.
• At least 5 years of experience in a supervisory role (Kettering Health Network preferred).
• Hold relevant licenses including Respiratory Therapist, Licensed Respiratory Care Practitioner in Ohio, RRT Credentials, and active AARC membership.
• Demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and technical skills.
• Proficient in EMR systems and possess excellent clinical knowledge of Respiratory Care.
