As the National Sales Manager, you will be a key figure in our agency, responsible for leading and growing a successful team of agents while offering clients top-tier life insurance solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales initiatives and drive team performance to achieve business goals.
• Train, recruit, and mentor agents to build a strong client base.
• Consult with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with over 50 life insurance carriers to offer competitive premiums and comprehensive coverage options.

Requirements

• Active life insurance producer license in the resident state (assistance available).
• Positive attitude, drive for success, and excellent communication skills.
• Experience in the insurance industry is a plus but not mandatory.
