Responsibilities

• Warmly greet and assist patients, addressing their needs promptly and effectively.
• Take precise measurements, custom fit glasses, and conduct eyewear inspections.
• Utilize lensometry tools to verify and ensure the quality of eyewear.
• Demonstrate expertise in measuring devices and assist physicians with diagnostics.
• Maximize sales through effective patient interaction and product knowledge.
• Maintain a clean and organized dispensary, ensuring optimal presentation of products.
• Resolve patient issues promptly and professionally, escalating concerns when necessary.
• Educate patients on insurance and vision plan benefits, enhancing their understanding.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and contribute to inventory management.
• Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and continually strive for personal development.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years of optical and retail experience.
• Proficient in computer usage and following instructions accurately.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.

• Ability to stand for extended periods and engage with patients positively.
