Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe environment and ensure safety standards are met.
• Oversee construction field operations and coordinate activities and resources.
• Forecast construction timelines, identify issues, and recommend solutions to meet project goals.
• Manage project budgets, construction quality, and timely delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.
• Interpret network drawings, perform operational improvements, and ensure compliance with project scopes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in fiber network deployments and team management.
• Knowledge of outside plant fiber optic network infrastructure and project management tools.
• Valid driver's license required, Class A CDL preferred.
