Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced Outpatient Certified Alcohol & Drug Counselor (CADC) to join ColumbiaCare Services, Inc. at our DownTown Clinic in Medford, Oregon. As a CADC, you will be responsible for conducting ASAM Assessments, developing treatment plans, providing individual and group therapy, and actively supporting new program implementation.
Responsibilities
- Conduct ASAM Assessments and develop treatment plans.
- Provide individual and group therapy.
- Participate in the implementation of new programs.
- Manage a caseload of up to 30 clients.
- Utilize a harm reduction model and provide trauma-informed care.
Requirements
- Certified Alcohol & Drug Counselor (CADC) through MHACBO.
- Minimum of six (6) months of CADC work experience.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check.
Work Schedule
Monday through Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm (Full Time, Day)
Compensation
$24.00 - $28.00 per hour, DOE/Credentials. Additional 5% Language Differential offered for Bilingual or Multilingual candidates.
