Personal Banker I - Part Time

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Personal Banker I to join Civista Bank's team on a part-time basis. As a Personal Banker I, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining customer relationships by providing financial solutions and exceptional service. You will also support retail banking operations to ensure a seamless banking experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers daily to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products.
• Acquire in-depth knowledge of banking products, open accounts, and meet sales goals.
• Continuously learn and adapt to new processes to contribute to team growth.
• Ensure operational tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of teller experience.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work under pressure.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient with technology and willingness to learn new software.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to focus on tasks amidst distractions.
• Aptitude for lifting and moving objects up to 50 lbs.
• Proficient in professional written and verbal communication.
• Availability for occasional travel for meetings and training.
