Pest Management Service Manager

Job Description

Colony Pest Management, Inc. is seeking a Pest Management Service Manager to lead our field service team and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. Our company has a long-standing tradition of providing exceptional pest control services in the New York Tri-State area.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and monitor chemical distribution and usage by route.
• Schedule and supervise field work for efficiency and quality.
• Promote leads generation and sales within the team.
• Maintain documentation related to field services and training.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and procedures.

Requirements

• NYSDEC 7A, 7F, 7C certification required.
• Five years of experience in pest control or related services.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and overtime.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel when necessary.

Compensation and Benefits

• Starting salary: $52,000 - $70,000 annually.
