Position Title: Plumbing Quality Technician

Salary Interval: Hourly Non-Exempt

Pay Range: $22.00 - $28.00

Responsibilities

• Complete plumbing drain cleaning and other related in-home service calls.
• Educate and assist customers.
• Work alongside customer service and dispatch for business success.
• Ensure quality standards are met on all jobs.
• Plan and communicate to prevent or resolve issues.
• Drive to various jobsites.
• Maintain a well-organized job site and inventory truck.
• Be accurate and timely with paperwork.
• Willingness to work overtime when required.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds.

Requirements

• Previous experience in machinery or related fields.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Familiarity with industrial tools and equipment.
• Ability to handle physical workload.
