Product Owner, CPB Platform and Aggregator

Job Description

We are looking for a Product Owner to join our esteemed team at Discover Financial Services. As the Product Owner for the Card Posting & Billing (CPB) Platform and Aggregator team, you will collaborate with both Business and Technology to drive key initiatives across Discover Card. Your role will involve owning the product vision and modernization roadmap for several critical aggregator APIs. Strong communication, technical expertise, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously will be vital for success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products that meet stakeholder and customer needs by understanding various business constraints.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align product vision, features, and roadmap.
• Establish KPIs, OKRs, and product documentation while ensuring compliance and quality standards.
• Define product requirements, create and maintain backlogs, and drive continuous optimization.
• Partner with business technology to enhance system components and infrastructure.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of experience in Product, Business, Technical, or related fields.
• Agile mindset, scrum framework, and tools like Jira and IBM Blueworks Live are advantageous.
