Production Operator - 2nd Shift

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Production Operator for our 2nd Shift at PHM Brands. As a Production Operator I, you will play a crucial role in the packaging process of our finished products, ensuring they meet our quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain finished package weights to meet specifications.
• Prepare and calibrate packing equipment before production runs.
• Conduct quality checks throughout the packaging process.
• Pull and analyze product samples for quality control purposes.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper palletizing.
• Assist in training new and existing team members on packaging procedures.

Qualifications

• On-the-job training provided.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work unsupervised.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and evenings.
• Ability to perform physical tasks and lift up to 50 lbs.
