Production Trainer

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Production Trainer to join Bakerly Barn LLC. As a Trainer, you will be responsible for training and developing associates in various production positions, contributing to the overall efficiency and performance of our team. The role involves conducting evaluations, enhancing training programs, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Responsibilities

• Acclimate new hires to onboarding stages.
• Identify ways to improve training programs.
• Communicate with supervisors for daily training assignments.
• Evaluate training needs and effectiveness.
• Provide effective training to enhance work performance.
• Follow training guidelines and ensure completion of Qualification Cards.
• Promote product and packaging quality.
• Uphold OSHA regulations and safety standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 1-year experience in lean manufacturing or training preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage changing priorities.
• Knowledge of HACCP, SQF, and safe work practices.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Physical dexterity and good vision abilities.
• Ability to stand, walk, and reach during training sessions.
