Program Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Program Manager to join our Youth Residential team at Klamath Basin Behavioral Health. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for supervising staff, ensuring program compliance with regulatory standards, and providing compassionate care to children and youth in need.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise staff and ensure high-quality care for residents.
• Coordinate with other providers and community agencies for seamless care transitions.
• Facilitate positive relationships with clients, professionals, and agencies.
• Engage in the hiring process, training, and staff development.
• Advocate for the needs of youth and uphold program values and standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience managing programs for children, youth, or adults.
• Valid Oregon driver’s license and insurable driving record.
