Property Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Property Manager to oversee Kirkwood Meadows and Summit Apartments in Pocatello, ID. At 11 Residential, we prioritize creating exceptional living experiences for our residents, and we need someone who shares our commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities

• Supervise leasing and maintenance staff, ensuring efficient operations.
• Maintain high property occupancy through effective resident retention and marketing strategies.
• Manage lease approvals and assess market conditions.
• Optimize revenue and control expenses while delivering top-notch customer service.
• Coordinate resident activities and vendor communications.
• Oversee property reporting and budget compliance.
• Conduct human resources functions and assist other properties as needed.

Education and Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED required.
• 2-5 years of experience in multifamily property management or related field.
• Knowledge of relevant apartment management laws and regulations preferred.
• Proficiency in Yardi Property Management Software and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to lift up to 25lbs.

Benefits and Total Compensation

This role offers a salary range of $60,000 to $65,000 with potential variations based on skills and experience. Employee benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability coverage, 401(k) matching, mileage stipend, and housing discounts.
