Job Description

Medicus is seeking a qualified Recruiting Manager to join our team. As a Recruiting Manager, you will be responsible for driving the full recruitment cycle, building relationships with qualified medical providers nationwide, and identifying new business opportunities within hospitals, while also developing and executing recruitment strategies to fill full-time openings. In addition, you will be involved in understanding the market, achieving key metrics, and other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the full recruitment cycle, including recruiting and building relationships with qualified medical providers and identifying new business opportunities within hospitals.
  • Qualify, present, and recommend candidates that meet the needs of our clients.
  • Coach candidates through various stages of the interview process and manage client expectations.
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to fill full-time openings, including cold calling, networking, posting jobs, targeted searches, and sourcing.
  • Build ongoing relationships with clients across the country through travel, video calls, and connecting over the phone.
  • Negotiate contractual terms with clients.
  • Join professional networking organizations, attend industry trade shows and conferences, and establish passive channel sources to develop candidate and client pipelines.
  • Analyze and gain knowledge of the market through competitor analysis, market rates, staffing needs, and client and provider contract expectations.
  • Achieve key metrics/KPIs that support the revenue goals of the company.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of recruiting or sales experience preferred.
  • Ability to multitask and pivot quickly into different recruiting projects.
  • Ability to communicate and establish rapport with high-level decision-makers at hospitals and connect with medical providers via phone, email, or client visits.
  • Desire to increase earnings based on performance.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
