Responsibilities
- Receive admissions and transfers to the unit.
- Conduct initial and ongoing patient assessments.
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation.
- Interpret assessments and diagnostic data.
- Promote continuous quality improvement.
- Respond to life-saving situations and act as a patient advocate.
- Demonstrate excellence in customer service and patient support.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of recent RN experience.
- Active RN license and Registered Nurse degree.
- Current CPR/BLS certification, Physical, and TB/PPD tests.
- Verifiable work history and professional references.
