Registered Nurse

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at Pediatric Associates of Greater Salem Inc. As the Care Team Nurse, you will be the clinical leader responsible for maintaining smooth operations, managing high-risk patients, providing education and direct care, and handling triage duties.

Job Responsibilities

• Demonstrate expertise in infection control and pediatric care.
• Assess and address the needs of clients and families, providing referrals when necessary.
• Deliver urgent in-office and telephone triage care.
• Document nursing care accurately in the EMR system.
• Facilitate communication among healthcare professionals.
• Perform vaccinations, medications administration, and in-office procedures efficiently.
• Follow up with patients post-hospitalization to prevent readmissions.
• Maintain ongoing pediatric-centered education.
• Adhere to practice policies and procedures.
• Capable of meeting the physical demands of the role.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Knowledge of HIPAA compliance, EMR systems, and office software.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Current RN or LPN license in Massachusetts.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Continuing Education Units (CEUs) as mandated.
• Compliance with American Nursing Association standards.
