Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, administer medications, and assist in medical procedures as needed.
• Ensure adherence to quality and safety standards in patient care delivery.

Qualifications

• Must have at least one year of Critical Care experience.
• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
