As a Full Time Community Services Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing skilled nursing care to our residents with developmental disabilities. Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary nurse for a caseload of community residents.
- Provide skilled professional nursing care and ensure continuity of care.
- Collaborate with staff across different departments for interdisciplinary teamwork.
- Monitor residents' health, coordinate care, and supervise medication and treatment plans.
- Participate in staff meetings, professional growth opportunities, and performance improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Associates Degree in Nursing required, Bachelors of Science in Nursing preferred.
- One year of experience working with people with developmental disabilities.
- Licensed Registered Professional Nurse by the State of New Jersey Board of Nursing.
- Valid New Jersey Driver's License.
