Registered Nurse - Operating Room

Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Operating Room team at Central Vermont Medical Center. In this role, you will provide direct and indirect nursing care to patients, act as a patient advocate, offer emotional support to patients and their families, and ensure that care is provided in accordance with hospital policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care following approved plans of care and physician orders.
• Support the philosophy and goals of the nursing department.
• Utilize the nursing process to provide comprehensive patient care.
• Supervise assigned nursing personnel.

Requirements

• Current RN license to practice in Vermont.
• At least one year of experience preferred.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work with a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.

Incentives

Sign-on bonus of up to $10,000 available with a 2-year commitment for Full-Time positions (requires at least one year of experience).
