Responsibilities

• Start your day by touching base with your care team.
• Utilize your skills independently to provide 1:1 care to your patient.
• Care for patients in the comfort of their home and ensure they are well taken care of.
• Administer medications, chart progress, and communicate with additional care providers.
• Work with pediatric/adult patients with g-tube, trach, and/or ventilator.
• Documenting electronically.
• Conduct patient assessments in-person.
• Develop meaningful long-term relationships.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school of professional nursing and currently licensed in the state(s) in which practicing.
• Maintains a current CPR certification.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification (preferred).
• Pediatric experience (preferred).
