Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Labor & Delivery unit on a full-time night shift at Manatee Memorial Hospital. As an RN at our facility, you will play a crucial role in providing safe and compassionate nursing care to our patients, ensuring they receive the highest quality of care throughout their stay.
Responsibilities
- Promote and provide safe and competent nursing care for patients.
- Demonstrate professional leadership and support to the healthcare team.
- Communicate effectively with physicians and nursing staff.
- Administer IVs, medications, and monitor patient vital signs.
Job Information
- Full-time night position in the Labor & Delivery unit.
- Minimum 1 year of L&D RN experience in an acute care setting required.
- $3/hour bedside differential for bedside RNs.
- Sign-on bonus eligibility: $5,000 for RNs with < 18 months experience, $10,000 for RNs with > 18 months experience.
Qualifications
- Graduation from Accredited School of Nursing.
- Current RN licensure in Florida.
- Current BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications through American Heart Association.
- 1-3 years of L&D experience preferred.
