Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at the Southwest Pena Urgent Care Clinic on a PRN basis. As an ambulatory care services (ACS) RN, you will provide comprehensive patient care in an outpatient setting, collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure excellent outcomes and patient safety. Responsibilities

• Implement evidence-based care plans and provide patient education.
• Conduct thorough nursing assessments and communicate findings effectively.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to establish goals and strategies for patient care.
• Supervise and educate clinic team members to promote quality care.
• Maintain accurate records and reports, prepare patients for procedures, and administer treatments.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree in Nursing required.
• 1-3 years of experience in a direct patient care setting.
• Active BLS and RN licenses.
• Proficiency in medical equipment use and effective communication skills.
