Registered Nurse - Urgent Care
The University of Vermont Medical Center is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Urgent Care team. In this role, you will provide professional nursing care to patients by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care plans. As a Staff Nurse II, you will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, deliver direct patient care, offer instructions, and ensure continuity of care throughout treatment and transitions.
Responsibilities
- Provide professional nursing care based on assessment and individualized care plans.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver comprehensive patient care.
- Assume leadership responsibilities as necessary.
Requirements
- Current RN licensure or compact licensure recognized by the State of Vermont.
- Experience in a specific clinical area, with at least one year of relevant experience.
- Commitment to obtaining a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) as per organizational guidelines.
