Responsibilities
- Admit and transfer patients to the unit.
- Perform systematic patient assessments and maintain accurate documentation.
- Interpret diagnostic data and promote quality improvement.
- Respond to emergencies following nursing standards and protocols.
- Advocate for patients, provide education, and support families.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of recent RN experience.
- Active RN license and degree from an accredited institution.
- Current CPR/BLS certification, Physical, and TB/PPD tests.
- Verifiable work history and professional references.
