Responsibilities

- Conduct initial and ongoing patient assessments systematically.

Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of recent RN experience.
- Active RN license and degree from an accredited institution.
- Current CPR/BLS certification and Physical and TB/PPD.
- Verifiable work history and professional references.
