Responsibilities
- Receive and manage patient admissions/transfers
- Conduct systematic patient assessments
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation
- Interpret diagnostic data and lab results
- Promote quality improvement initiatives
- Respond to emergency situations following nursing protocols
- Advocate for patients by providing education and support
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service and professionalism
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year recent RN experience
- Active RN license and degree from an accredited institution
- Current CPR/BLS certification, Physical, and TB/PPD tests
- Verifiable work history and professional references
