Job Description
Join our team at ColumbiaCare Services, Inc. as a Residential Floating Therapist and make a real impact in the mental health field. This position involves providing clinical services for our Clear Vue RTH residential program while also offering Zoom-based services. As a Residential Floating Therapist, you will deliver clinical services, supervise Residential Associates, and ensure high-quality care for individuals with mental illnesses in a residential treatment setting.
Responsibilities
- Perform Comprehensive Mental Health Assessments and Treatment Planning.
- Provide clinical oversight, training, and support to facility staff.
- Liaise with community providers for holistic care.
- Participate in crisis de-escalation training and emergency response.
Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years post-graduate clinical experience.
- Eligibility for QMHP registration.
- Ability to pass a DHS criminal background check.
Work Schedule
Monday through Friday, Full Time, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.
Compensation
$6,250 - $7,250 per month, DOE/Credentials. Additional 5% Language Differential for Bilingual candidates.
