Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated RN Clinical Nurse (Skilled) to join our team at Juliette Manor in Berlin, Wisconsin. As an RN Clinical Nurse, you will provide patient-centered, evidence-based nursing care, collaborate with an inter-professional team, and contribute to delivering compassionate and safe care to our patients. Your role will involve assessing patient needs, developing care plans, optimizing clinical outcomes, and promoting a culture of innovation and professional development.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process and evidence-based practice to assess and address patient needs.
• Collaborate with the inter-professional team to plan and provide high-quality care.
• Demonstrate clinical expertise and perform all functions of a professional clinical nurse.
• Identify opportunities for improving patient care processes and outcomes.
• Maintain positive relationships with physicians and team members to enhance patient care.
• Proactively manage risk and respond effectively to emergencies.

Qualifications

• Current Wisconsin RN Licensure.
• American Heart Association Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support (BLS).

Physical Demands

• Ability to move freely and lift up to 50 pounds without assistance.
• Exposure to bloodborne pathogens and manual dexterity required.

Work Environment

• Frequent exposure to various workplace hazards.
• Standing and walking for extended periods.
• Possible exposure to communicable diseases and hazardous materials.
