Robotics Service/Maintenance Technician

Job Description

Green Source Automation LLC, located in Jerome, Idaho, is looking for an experienced Robotics Service/Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in all stages of our automated systems, from design to support, ensuring smooth operations of our robotic systems in the dairy industry.

Responsibilities

• Perform biweekly maintenance on all six robotics systems.
• Conduct weekly brush changes as part of regular maintenance.
• Execute monthly preventive maintenance on ECAlogical MAX Generators.
• Adhere to set shift work hours and occasional on-call shifts.

Requirements

• Develop and apply the necessary skill set for maintenance tasks.
• Possess a mechanical aptitude.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and PC skills.
• Ability to interpret electrical and pneumatic schematics.
• Comfortable working with chemicals like Chlorine and Chlorine dioxide.
• Demonstrate effective multitasking and prioritization skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Self-motivated with excellent time management skills.
• Work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Knowledge of troubleshooting electrical systems.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
