Robotics Service/Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are hiring a Robotics Service/Maintenance Technician to join Green Source Automation LLC located in Jerome, Idaho. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in maintaining robotics systems in the dairy industry, performing regular maintenance tasks, and ensuring the smooth operation of automated systems. This position offers the opportunity to work on a dynamic team and contribute to the development of cutting-edge automation technologies.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Robotics Systems in the dairy industry.
• Perform biweekly maintenance on all six systems.
• Execute weekly brush changes as part of routine maintenance.
• Conduct monthly preventative maintenance on ECAlogical MAX Generators.
• Follow set shift work hours and days, including occasional on-call shifts.

Requirements

• Develop necessary maintenance skills.
• Possess a mechanical mindset.
• Experience with PC skills and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to read and understand electrical and pneumatic schematics.
• Comfortable working with chemicals such as Chlorine, Chlorine dioxide, and Iodine.
• Effective multitasking and prioritization abilities.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Self-motivated with excellent time management.
• Capable of working independently and collaboratively.
• Knowledge of and experience in troubleshooting electrical systems.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive yearly salary range of $55,000 to $75,000, along with 401K, health, dental, orthodontic benefits, and paid time off.
