As a Roofing Advisor, you will use your expertise, site assessments, and modern tools to assist homeowners in making informed decisions about their roofing needs. Your role involves guiding homeowners through the repair or replacement process, defining project scopes, and presenting financial options tailored to meet their requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver effective in-person sales solutions following company procedures.
  • Accurately log sales activities in CRM software.
  • Maintain a current calendar and attend appointments promptly.
  • Stay updated on sales information, products, and industry trends.
  • Build customer relationships and provide sales training support.
  • Handle elevated customer service concerns.
  • Achieve or surpass sales targets.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of roofing sales experience.
  • Strong communication and listening skills.
  • Willingness to travel with a valid driver's license.
  • Ability to overcome objections in a short sales cycle.
  • Proficient in delivering professional sales presentations.
  • Familiarity with building codes and regulations.
  • Capable of walking long distances and climbing stairs.
  • Customer-centric attitude and team player.
  • Experience with tablets and Microsoft Office suite.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; roofing certification preferred.
  • Goal-oriented and reliable.
