Job Description

We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join Ace Hardware's team. As an HRBP, you will align business objectives with employees and management, act as a consultant on HR-related issues, and contribute to developing integrated HR solutions. This role requires a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to create effective relationships throughout the organization. Responsibilities

  • Lead, support, and encourage Ace Values.
  • Provide effective HR processes, advice, and support.
  • Conduct employee relations investigations and recommend corrective actions.
  • Manage performance management, new hire orientation, and leave of absences.
  • Handle turnover reporting and respond to unemployment claims.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
  • PHR/SPHR certification preferred.
  • 2-5 years of progressive HR experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated HR generalist experience with expertise in various HR areas.
  • Proven conflict management and investigative skills.

Compensation

$55,000 - $65,000 per year.
