Job Description
We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join Ace Hardware's team. As an HRBP, you will align business objectives with employees and management, act as a consultant on HR-related issues, and contribute to developing integrated HR solutions. This role requires a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to create effective relationships throughout the organization. Responsibilities
- Lead, support, and encourage Ace Values.
- Provide effective HR processes, advice, and support.
- Conduct employee relations investigations and recommend corrective actions.
- Manage performance management, new hire orientation, and leave of absences.
- Handle turnover reporting and respond to unemployment claims.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
- PHR/SPHR certification preferred.
- 2-5 years of progressive HR experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated HR generalist experience with expertise in various HR areas.
- Proven conflict management and investigative skills.
Compensation
$55,000 - $65,000 per year.
