Job Description
We are looking for a Sales Support professional to join Architectural Ceramics Inc., a reputable family-owned company with over 30 years of experience in providing top-quality tile products. As part of our team, you will work closely with the sales and design team to support sales activities, enhance customer loyalty, and identify new business opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Assist the sales and design team in recording, closing sales, and building customer relationships.
- Maintain the showroom's appearance and support day-to-day operations.
- Help increase sales, identify new prospects, and contribute to closing deals.
Requirements
- Strong merchandising, customer service, and presentation skills.
- Ability to establish rapport with customers and develop lasting relationships.
- Proficiency in CRM software, preferably Salesforce.
- Resourcefulness in meeting customer requirements and resolving issues.
- High energy, determination, and a proactive approach to tasks.
- Typing speed of at least 50 words per minute.
- Experience in retail sales and knowledge of retail practices.
- Solid computer, systems, and mathematical skills.
