Job Description

The Senior Maintenance Manager at Keurig Dr Pepper is responsible for providing direction to the maintenance department, with a specific focus on timely preventative and corrective maintenance of the facility, manufacturing, and auxiliary equipment to ensure consistent and safe operation. This role involves developing, coaching, and identifying training needs of staff members, managing annual budgets, and implementing lean manufacturing principles including 5-S and TPM.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain programs for the operation and repair of all production and support equipment to ensure KDP quality standards are met.
  • Establish and maintain strong working relationships with internal customers to support plant-wide operations.
  • Direct safe and efficient preventive and corrective equipment repairs to minimize downtime.
  • Implement and develop predictive equipment monitoring processes.
  • Supervise direct reports to establish a skilled and competent workforce and encourage team building and group problem-solving.
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment, enforce safety compliance, and drive the 5-S discipline within the function and across the site.
  • Develop and manage the annual budget process, deliver spending consistent with assigned targets for maintenance functions, and actively participate in capital planning, implementation, and new process development.
  • Support the introduction of new technology and monitor execution of work orders and parts management process within SAP.
  • Implement Lean Daily Management (LDM) in the maintenance function, including identifying mechanical leading indicators and metrics to measure departmental performance regularly.
  • Confirm that the facility is operating in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, and maintain plant security.
  • Support other KDP entities when required.
