Job Description

As a Service Advisor at Auto Centers, you will consult with customers regarding their vehicle service needs. Your responsibilities will include direct communication with customers, scheduling service appointments, ensuring timely completion of work by service technicians, and other assigned duties.

Requirements

Preferred Education and Experience

Minimum of one year certificate from college or technical school, related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Supervisory Responsibilities

Directly supervise non-supervisory service technicians in the service department.

Work Environment

The job involves occasional exposure to moving mechanical parts with moderate noise levels.

Physical Demands

Regular standing, walking, and occasional sitting required.
