The ideal candidate will work closely with various teams at the ADOC site, focusing on discovery, development, and manufacturing of advanced therapies. This role requires strong scientific and technical expertise, project management skills, and the ability to lead complex projects effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide project management expertise to advance business-critical projects related to new technology assessment, capability development, and therapeutic discovery.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously within scope, quality, time, and cost constraints.
• Drive collaboration across functions to establish comprehensive timelines and integrate resources effectively.
• Develop project management tools to track team progress and provide project summaries to Leadership.

Experience Required

• Degree in a scientifically relevant field with 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated big-picture thinking and ability to navigate in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong relationship management skills and business acumen.
• Proactive problem solver with excellent communication skills.
