Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Stroke Program Coordinator (RN) to join Manatee Memorial Hospital in Bradenton, Florida. As a part of the Cerebrovascular and Neurosciences Program, you will work under the guidance of the Chief Nursing Officer to oversee and coordinate all aspects of the program, ensuring high-quality patient care and compliance with stroke management guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and evaluate patient care within the program.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory bodies and national stroke guidelines.
- Develop and maintain evidence-based care practices through education and training.
- Participate in hospital and medical committees to support program initiatives.
Job Information
- Full-time position as a Stroke/Neurosciences Coordinator with a sign-on bonus available.
Qualifications
- BSN required, with current RN licensure in Florida.
- Current certifications in BLS, ACLS, NIH Stroke, CNRN, and ASLS Instructor.
- Minimum of five years of experience in emergency/critical care/neuro nursing.
- Demonstrated program development and management skills.
