Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Technician, Field Service IV to join our team at Canon Solutions America, Inc. This position involves providing operational, maintenance, and networking support for our customers, ensuring seamless technical expertise across our supported products.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair mechanical, software, network, and system failures according to established procedures.
  • Prepare accurate reports on product failure trends and serviceability issues.
  • Provide efficient and responsive on-site maintenance to meet customer demands.
  • Maintain technical information, documentation, and Canon property as required.
  • Offer expert-level support and solutions for escalated technical issues and customer service problems.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent, with 4-6 years of related experience.
  • Demonstrated expertise in technical support of Canon products.
  • Ability to meet performance standards for technical quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Willingness to travel, work in a 24x7 environment, and participate in on-call rotations.
  • Capability to obtain necessary security clearances and lift up to 50 lbs.
