Technician Shop Supervisor, Distribution Center

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Technician Shop Supervisor to join Canon Solutions America, Inc. In this role, you will be responsible for managing workflow and a team in one of our Regional Distribution Center shop facilities. Your duties will include pre-installing Canon's hardware and software technology, addressing customer issues, managing inventory processes, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a team pre-installing business system products and services.
• Hire, train, and develop Pre-Install Technicians.
• Resolve customer issues to achieve total satisfaction.
• Oversee inventory processes and parts ordering within the shop department.
• Ensure high communication standards with customers and management.

Requirements

• 5 years of related experience and management of a team.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
• Service management experience in the office technology industry.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
